Namaste, You are invited to join me in a very powerful and sacred 21-day supported mantra discipline, which includes Mantra Japa and Guided Meditation. The repetition of mantra, Mantra Japa, is an ancient meditative tool which can reduce karma and ease suffering, bringing you closer to your true potential. Anyone can practice mantra. You do not need to have any previous experience with yoga or mantra or have any specific spiritual belief to fully receive the benefits.

At the beginning of any endeavor, Ganesha is worshiped first through mantras and/or ceremony to remove all obstacles and to provide protection. Starting a new job, a new business, getting married, buying a new home, are just some examples.

The energy at the base of the spine is where the energy of Ganesha lives in our bodies. It is a place of security, of surrender, of feeling supported and grounded. The very essence of awareness at the base of the spine builds these qualities within us.

Ganesha is all-pervading spirit, radiant like the sun, and is the embodiment of all blessings.

Spiritual practices, including mantra, strengthen our inner energy. As we awaken the kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, we increase our Chakras capacity to hold energy. This increased dynamic energy optimizes our health and well-being. Blockages become cleared so the Chakras can function more efficiently.

During this 21-day Mantra Meditation we will chant powerful Ganesha Mantras to remove obstacles and balance energy, providing a vortex to received blessings and things manifest to your heart's desire. Imagery and guided meditations will enhance the vibrations, bringing an overall experience of calm, rejuvenation and health.

A brief summary:

Mantra Japa Practice with recordings-you will receive a specific stack of Sanskrit mantras with instructions, plus recordings of the mantras.

Daily Newsletters-you will receive Daily Newsletters with inspirational teachings, images and quotes and a detailed break-down of all the Sanskrit mantras with their meanings and applications.

3 Live Zoom Calls-within the 21-days, we will join together with Live Zoom Calls. They include Group Chanting, Guided Healing Meditations and Q & A. These Live Zoom Calls are scheduled for March 2, 11 and 20 from 1-1:45pm EST. They will be recorded for your convenience in case you cannot attend them Live.

Guided Healing Meditations-during the Live Zoom Calls, you will be guided through visual meditations to: 1) help you feel grounded and at ease, 2) assist in creating intentions for the practice, 3) bring awareness to your next steps towards manifesting what you truly want and 4) guide you to heart-opening love and deep inner peace.

Daily Collective Healing Group Energy-chanting the ancient vibrations of Sanskrit in a collective group, in the same 21-days, you will build the energy internally, bathe in light and expand/utilize these energies in whatever form is needed in your individual life. In doing so, you affect all beings.

*Being reminded of the deep well of abundance and connection within and around you is vital during these times. It gives you an anchor to rest upon, a wellspring to relax into, a familiar, safe refuge.

Whether you seek balance in the areas of physical or mental health, finances/career, relationships or spiritual advancement/illumination, mantra disciplines give you the opportunity to accelerate the journey of personal transformation.

Here's how this 21-Day Supported Mantra Practice works:

On the evening of February 28 you will receive the Sanskrit mantra practice in its entirety online with recordings of the mantras and details on the practice. There are varying lengths to the practice which range anywhere from 2-30 minutes. You can choose which form is best for you. The mantras do not change.

The mantras are then chanted daily, on your own time, at your convenience, for 21-days from March 1-21.

You'll be participating with like-minded folks all around the globe. 

Materials for this practice will be sent out on the evening of February 28.

Chanting in this way as a group, with the same mantras during the same 21-day period, can bring tremendous results. The energetic support intensifies the practice and brings great possibility for growth and life changes.
