A gentle start to your week consists of a centering, warm-ups and yoga postures to increase flexibility, core strength, and deep, peaceful relaxation. We begin and end class by adding the Sanskrit mantra, pranayama, and basic meditation. This class is for all levels of practitioners.

A relaxed style vinyasa flow yoga class. You will experience movement and breath, awareness and alignment, deep relaxation and inner peace. We begin and end class with the addition of Sanskrit mantra, meditation and pranayama. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
