Vedic Puja Ceremonies…

some of the oldest existing ceremonies in the world are pujas.

The ancient devotional and spiritual science of Puja is like a powerful prayer, supported and assisted by divine energy.

Pujas may be used for many different life situations, including blessings and celebrations; for new beginnings, prosperity, career, health and healing, reduction of karma, assistance and guidance, rites of passage, marriages, births, and memorials.

Performed by a trained Pujari/Vedic Priest, a ceremony is a vehicle that taps into the unlimited possibilities, resulting in energetic shifts that can increase awareness, transform, and allow for the manifestation of true desires.

Ceremony and Mantra practices are open and available to anyone, regardless of age, situation, or religious belief. They are sacred tools we can all use to help merge our energies to the greater source of life, where there are no obstacles; free from judgment, pain, and illness. It is our birthright to live in peace.

*After registration, your name will be placed on the ceremony altar for healing and blessings. If you would like additional names aside from yours (family, friends, loved ones, etc.) included, please email me at theyogaspace@gmail.com. Also consists of an email after the ceremony with photos and specific mantras to chant to prolong the healing energy.

march 2026 Puja Ceremony Schedule: a month of goddess energy

  • MANTRA JAPAM FOR TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE-A total lunar eclipse, Blood Moon, will occur on March 3, 2026, visible across North America in the early morning hours. The moon will fully enter the Earth's shadow, turning a deep red for nearly an hour Tuesday morning, We will chant the MahaMrityunjaya Mantra of Shiva, Durga mantras and the Chandra Gayatri together to remove negativity and seek blessings at this powerful time.

  • GODDESS SARASWATI PUJA- the goddess of the arts, spiritual wisdom, speech and learning. We'll chant and meditate, tapping into her magical powers of wisdom, purity and creativity. 

  • GODDESS LAKSHMI PUJA (the Spring Equinox!)- a celebration of abundance, sweetness, renewal and hope as we move into the Spring season. We'll honor Lakshmi and her infinite wealth, fortune, beauty and power. 

  • GODDESS DURGA PUJA -  To honor Navratri, the nine days of the goddess celebrated 3/19-3/27, we'll chant to Durga, the warrior goddess who destroys evil and provides protection, strength, dissernment and confidence.

february 2026 Puja Ceremony Schedule: A Month of Shiva

  • Shiva as Mahadeva is the Great God, the one who is consciousness and the state of meditation itself. Mahadeva also represents the supreme being, the destroyer of evil and the lord of yoga, with ultimate power over the cosmos. Spiritual liberation. 

  • Maha Shivaratri is one of the largest festivals in India which honors the union of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, Shiva/Shakti. It begins on Feb. 15. We'll begin to acknowledge the energy of Shiva Nataraj, the cosmic dancer, to connect to the elements of nature and bring trust to the cycles of destruction and rebirth. 

  • The February 17, 2026 eclipse (ring of fire) will be an annular solar eclipse, which is when the moon covers most of the sun. Even though it won't be visible to us in the U.S., we still feel the effects. This eclipse acts as a powerful catalyst for fated, rapid, and sometimes intense life transformations. It represents a "nodes of destiny" moment for shedding outdated, toxic situations, requiring courage to embrace new, evolutionary growth paths.

    Rudra embraces all consciousness and is thought to be the early form of Shiva. Believed to cause disease, he is actually associated with being responsible for freeing dis-ease.   • This is an aspect of Shiva that can bring happiness, bliss and playfulness to your life. Shankara is the doer of good deeds. We'll chant mantras to bring happiness and positivity to the Earth plane.
