April Full Moon Meditation

A "Pink Moon" isn't actually pink but is the traditional name for April's full moon, named by early American tribes after the vibrant pink moss phlox flowers that bloom in early spring. It signifies the rebirth of nature, renewal, new life, and the end of winter. The exact time of the Full Moon occurs at 10:12pm ET.

During a full moon, energy is heightened which brings clarity, magic and transformation.

  • Heightened Emotions and Intuition:

Some believe the full moon amplifies emotions and enhances intuition, making it a good time for introspection and self-reflection.

  • Release and Letting Go:

The full moon is often associated with completion and release, making it a time to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for new beginnings.

  • Manifestation and Intention:

Some people use the full moon to set intentions and visualize their desires, believing the moon's energy can amplify their power.

  • Spiritual Practices:

Many people find the full moon a powerful time for meditation, ritual, and connecting with their spiritual side.

  • Celebrating Achievements:

The full moon can be a time to acknowledge and celebrate accomplishments, both big and small.

*All New and Full Moon sessions include a centering, Sanskrit mantras and guided meditation specific to the month’s moon vibration, plus pranayama (breathing techniques) for integration. We end with a group oracle card to help align our intentions with the current energy.

*This event will be recorded for your convenience.

*After you register, your name will be placed on a Full Moon altar for blessings.
